Our **Transitional Hard Red Spring Wheat can be used to make true whole grain flour for delicious and nutritious bread and other baked goods. Our wheat is shipped in woven bags or heavy duty, food grade, reusable buckets with resealable lids.
**When we acquire new land, there is a three year transitional period required before the land itself can be certified organic. Even though the crop is grown using organic practices, it cannot be sold as organic until the land has been free of chemical inputs for three years. Our transitional wheat was grown using organic practices but on land that was in its last (3rd) year of transition to organic status.

Shipping Policy:
At this time, we only ship within Canada. All items are delivered via
Canada Post. Shipping times will vary depending on your distance from
Millet, Alberta and the shipping option you choose during checkout.
Orders are packaged and shipped within two business days from the order
date. Your credit card will be charged once your order ships.
Returns Policy:
You may return an unused, unopened item for a refund within 15 days
of delivery, however a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs
will not be refunded and return shipping will also be the responsibility
of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for opened items for food safety reasons. Returns are not accepted for fresh/perishable items.
